delivery & processing times
Our processing policy is 7-10 business days (excluding weekends), however if you have an urgent order, please drop us a line and we will endeavour to haste processing on your order. Once your order is shipped via courier, you are given a tracking number in order for you to personally track your purchase.
While Chiki Designs Ltd take no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen goods once your order is shipped, we will investigate your situation and do all we can to work towards an appropriate solution for both parties.
